Yonkers, N.Y. – Unfurling an unmissable banner that reads, “Fund Training, NOT Horse Racing,” members of the Coalition to Finish Horse Racing Subsidies will greet legislators on Tuesday on the annual Legislative Tempo—an occasion through which New York State senators and assemblymembers “compete” in dwell harness horse races.
